| PROTO-1 SERVICES Production Run Proto-1 has the ability to perform short and long term tube and pipe production run's. Engineering and Prototyping A fully staffed engineering team can assist customers with development of progressive tube end forming systems requiring single or combinations of beading, flaring, cut off after bend, offset expansion, swaging, pinch trim, piercing, coping, saddle or scarf cuts, slotting and deburring of metal tube to very close tolerances. Manufacturing EngineersTeam Services We work with customers on a workflow design that will help increase productivity by combining operations. We can also help with work cell design and cost justification of equipment. Engineering of Jigs and Fixtures We help design and machine Jigs and Fixtures which are used by assembly for checking parts. General Machining / Tool and Die We have a fully fuctional shop with Multi Axis CNC Mill's, CNC Lathe's, Heat Treating, Boring Bar, Inspection/Quality Department and Assembly Department. Automation At Proto-1 we are always looking at how we could automate a customer process to make it more efficient. |
